Shipping worldwide

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery charges vary for different country / FREE (Orders over HKD2000)

The estimated delivery time will be between 1-4 weeks, depending on the delivery address.

Due to covid-19, air flight to some countries is suspended. For the orders from suspended shipping country, refund will be arranged.

Custom Fees, Duties and Taxes

All extra charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. Please check with your country's customs service if you need more information.

Important Notes

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (working days only for commercial address).

Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please use a street address when placing an order to avoid delays.
