Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Delivery charges vary for different country / FREE (Orders over HKD2000)

Due to covid-19, air flight to some countries is suspended. For the orders from suspended shipping country, refund will be arranged.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 7 to 20 business days. Due to covid-19, international shipping times may take longer (around 4 weeks).

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Returns must be in original condition (unworn unwashed, unstained, with original tags and packaging) within 14 days of receipt.  For defective products/ incorrect order, please contact us.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Shipping fee are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Custom Fees, Duties and Taxes

All extra charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. Please check with your country's customs service if you need more information.

Important Notes

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (working days only for commercial address).

Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. Please use a street address when placing an order to avoid delays.
